Special Needs

Texas Special Kids, founded by Doug and Patsy Arnold, is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to serve families who have children with special educational and/or developmental concerns. Texas' Special Kids is uniquely equipped to meet the needs of the special needs community. The Arnolds are experienced home educators, professional public educators, and professional special education educators, and they have been able to apply their professional expertise at home with their own special needs child. Their experiences and struggles have equipped them with the tools and resources to assist and meet the needs of Texas families who are looking for guidance.
